The Threshold Project

In July 2008, The Threshold Project became a program of the Public Health Institute. PHI offers administrative, human resources, grant management and planning support. Existing under the umbrella of this 501(c)(3) streamlines the funding process while keeping overhead for the Threshold Project as low as possible.
